Technical Papers must be submitted via the MECATRONICS2010-Yokohama Manuscript Submission System.

MECATRONICS2010-Yokohama Paper submission guidelines
Papers must be written in English. Six (6) pages, including figures, are allowed for each paper. Up to two (2) additional pages are allowed at extra charge of 10,000 yen for page.
Please be reminded that main sponsor of this conference is JSPE Technical Committee on Industrial
Application of Image Processing and papers presented in MECATRONICS2010-Yokohama will not be uploaded to
IEEE Xplore.
Papers should follow to the IEEE double-column format for MECATRONICS2010-Yokohama.

Main specifications are as follows:
1) Margins: The papers must strictly take the following margins.
Paper Size:A4, Top margin:19 mm (0.75 inch), Bottom margin:
25.4 mm (1 inch)
Side margins:15.9 mm (0.63 inch)
2) Papers should NOT have Page numbers, Headers and Footers.
3) Page limit: 6 pages for regular papers.
Up to two (2) additional pages are allowed at extra charge
payment of 10,000 yen for page. Over-length papers (more than 8 pages)
will not be accepted. Illustrations and references are also counted in
the pages.
Copyright:
For each paper submitted to MECATRONICS2010-Yokohama a JSPE Copyright form must be filled and send the signed form (PDF) to. Please
do not sign a IEEE Copyright form on the paper submission site.
Publication:
Please be aware that inclusion of your paper in the conference proceedings is only possible if
- the camera ready version,
- the signed JSPE Copyright form (Please send it to mura@sd.keio.ac.jp by e-mail.)
- the registration and payment
reach us by September 30, 2010!
For each paper, at least one author has to register and pay a registration
fee by September 30, 2010. Otherwise, the paper will not be included in the final printed proceedings. Online Registration is now available in the MECATRONICS2010-Yokohama web page
